Important Company Milestones

In 2005, VAN XUAN GROUP was established with the goal of becoming a Vietnam's leading real estate corporation.

2019 marked an important turning point when VAN XUAN GROUP successfully launched the HAPPY ONE Phu Hoa project in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong province. This is considered the foundational project for the process of "transformation" from the business of townhouses and land plots to apartments. 2022

Van Xuan Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement on real estate development with partners TBS Capital VN and Koterasu.
